If your on-site visit is within your normal service area, pricing is typically just the hourly rate. If travel is further, we’ll tell you before booking.

Do prices include parts?

No — parts (SSDs, routers, etc.) are separate. We’ll recommend options and confirm cost before fitting.

Can you give a fixed quote?

Yes. If the job needs a specific scope (e.g. mesh Wi-Fi install, business setup), we’ll quote clearly before starting.
